Outlook Express - Email Setup Instructions:
- Go to "Tools"
- Then to "Accounts"
- Click on "Mail" folder on top
- Then click on "Add" button on the top right
- Then click on "Mail" button that appears on the top right
- On the "Your Name" page fill in the name you wish to show on emails - Click Next
- On the "Internet E-mail Address" page fill in your email address - Click Next
- On the "E-mail Server Names" should read "POP3" and fill in "Incoming Mail" and "Outgoing Mail" fields put the following: mail.yourdomainname.com (Of course, "yourdomainname" should be whatever is your domain name!) - Click Next
- On the "Internet Email Logon" page fill in your: - Account Name: [email protected] yourdomainname.com (must be full email address) - Password: XXXXXX Then click finish.
- Hit Send and Receive If you have problems first make sure all spelling is correct.
Outlook - Email Setup Instructions:
- Go to "Tools"
- Then to "Accounts" (Could also be under "Services", "Mail Accounts" or "Email Accounts" depending on version of Outlook.
- Click on "Mail" folder on top
- Then click on "Add" button on the top right
- Then click on "Mail" button that appears on the top right
- On the "Your Name" page fill in the name you wish to show on emails - Click Next
- On the "Internet E-mail Address" page fill in your email address - Click Next

OUTLOOK 2002 for XP - Email Setup Instructions:
- Open Outlook. Click on Tools and choose Email Accounts.
- Click on View or change existing email accounts and click Next.
- If you attempted to create any email accounts but were unsuccessful, you can remove them from here. Otherwise, click Add.
- Choose POP3 and click Next.
- For User Info, type your name and full email address. For Logon Info, type your full email address as the username, and your password.
- For Server Info, type mail.domainname.com for both SMTP and POP3. If you are unable to connect to the smtp server, your ISP may be blocking port 25 from 3rd party use. Contact your ISP if this occurs.
- Do not click Test Account Settings. Simply click Next.
- Your account will be shown in the list of email accounts configured in Outlook. Click Finish.
- In Outlook Express, click Send/Receive.
